1. What is Holistic Nutrition Coaching?

Holistic nutrition coaching looks beyond calories and diets to consider the whole person. I help you improve your health through whole-food nutrition , lifestyle habits, mindset, stress management, sleep and overall wellbeing. My goal is to support you to make sustainable changes to help you feel healthier, more energetic and balanced.

2. How is your coaching plan different from a diet plan?

I work with men and women who want to improve their health through nutrition and lifestyle changes and are looking for support with weight management, inflammation, hormone imbalance, peri-menopause, menopause, diabetes, low energy, digestion issues and chronic health concerns.

Unlike restrictive diets, my coaching focuses on creating realistic, long-term habits that fit your new lifestyle. Rathetr than offering a quick fix, I help you understand how food affects your body and empower you to make informed choices that support lasting health and wellbeing.

3. Who do you work with?

I work with men and women who are ready to take control of their health and transform their lives through holistic nutrition and lifestyle coaching. Whether you're struggling with weight, low energy, stress, emotional eating, inflammation, or simply want to become the healthiest version of yourself, I'll guide you with personalised coaching, practical strategies and ongoing support to create lasting results.

4. Will I have to give up all my favourite foods?

Not necessarily. Many people are surprised to discover how some of the foods they eat regularly may be impacting their energy, weight, hormones, inflammation, or overall wellbeing. My coaching isn't about strict diets or deprivation it's about helping you understand what truly nourishes your body. Together, we'll replace unhealthy habits with healthier, sustainable choices, reduce ultra-processed foods where appropriate, and create a way of eating that you can enjoy for life while achieving the results you want.

5. How long does it take to see results?

Everyone is differnt, and results will depend on your starting point, goals, and commitment to the process. Some clients will notice improvements in energy, digestion, and wellbeing within weeks, while sustainable weight loss and long-term health improvements develop over a longer period of time.

Yes, every client receives guidance tailored to their individual needs and health goals.  There is no one-size-fits all approach because everybody is unique.

Absolutly, holistic nutrition coaching compliments medical care, and where necessary I advice clients to seek advice from their GP, Consultant or Healthcare Team when appropriate.

Currently, all coaching is delivered online via Zoom, allowing you to access support from the comfort of your own home. This makes my coaching flexible and accessible wherever you are located.

10. What happens during the free discovery call?

The free discovery call is an opportunity for us to get to know each other. We'll discuss your health goals, current challenges and what you would like to achieve. 12.What's the one thing you wish everyone knew about nutrition?

I wish everyone knew that nutrition is not about restriction; it's about nourishment and balance. It's about understanding your body's needs and fuelling it with the right foods to thrive. I promote a positive and empowering approach to eating, focusing on adding beneficial foods rather than ultra-processed foods.

13. What makes your approach to nutrition unique compared to other nutritionists?

My approach is unique because we focus on the interconnectedness of nutrition, the mind, and the body. I don't just provide meal plans; I delve into the emotional and psychological aspects of eating. This holistic perspective ensures sustainable and long-lasting results, fostering a healthier relationship with food and your overall well-being.

14. Are there any misconceptions about nutrition to clear up?

One major misconception is that all carbs are bad for you. In reality, complex carbohydrates are essential for energy and overall health. I educate men and women about the importance of choosing the right types of carbs and incorporating them into a balanced diet. I aim to dispel myths and provide evidence-based guidance.
